The main fuel of the furnace is heavy oil and diesel.Oil type burnning furnace is mainly used at investment casting industries for roasting the invested pattern shells, can also be used for heating the parts and metal material, and heat treatment.

The burning of the furnace adopts advanced burner, and equips with two injection nozzles.Uniform temperature in the chamber, fast temperature rising, high burning efficiency. Automatic temperature control, automatic stop after reaching to the setted temperature,and auto-start while the temperature is reduce.

Structure Features:

YRX oil type shell firing furnace is welded with steel plate, the furnace chamber inside the furnace shell is built with refractory material; there are heat insulation material between the furnace shell and the chamber, and at the furnace top, so that can prevent heat dissipation; equip with refractory rock wool inside the furnace, light weight, good heat adiabatic effect; the lift and down of the furnace gate is controlled by the hand-cranked type chain wheel, and there are counterweight balance box at the top part of gate to balance the weight with the gate via increase & reduce the counter weight things. Flue is installed at the bottom of the furnace chamber, and connect to the chimney behind the furnace body.

Burning system, use a burner to spray the oil into the furnace chamber via spray nozzle, quantity of wind and oil is adjustable.

Temperature control system, adopt platinum rhodium alloy thermocouple and temperature control adjuster to control the temperature of the chamber and stop & start of the burning system.

Case it is limited by the specification of container, taking apart accessory as follows in order to transport conveniently. Please assemble again after reaching to your factory.

Introduction of each system

1.Burning system:

 The burning system consists of oil tank, oil pump, electromagnetic valve, air blower, oil nozzle, the principle drawing is as follow:

2. Air supply system:
Via blower to supply air 10 Air butterfly valve 9 enters into the nozzle; oil supply is via oil tank 1, filter 2, stop valve 3, oil pump 4, electromagnetic valve 6 enters into nozzle. Use air butterfly valve to regulate the quantity of air, electromagnetic valve is time delaying conducting after supplying air, and the delaying time is controled by time relay.

3. Adjustment for the nozzle:
Shank of the butterfly valve is closed at the horizontal direction, and complete open at the vertical direction. Oil spraying performance can be adjusted by the rotating brass hand wheel.

4. Electrical system:
Power source is A C 380V. Employ single phase AC contactor for the control circuit, KM temperature adjusting indicator TDW. Open rotate switch SA, the circuit is power on. Power source indicator HL1 is on. Press start button SB1(green), start indicator HL2 is on, after time delaying the electromagnetic valve YV is opened and supply oil, when reach to the setted temperature the thermocouple transfers the signal to the temperature control adjuster TDW, stop burning. When the temperature reduce, TDW close system would be restart, press stop botton SB2(red), ths system stop working. Check the following electric drawing.

Packing & Delivery

Packing Details  : The normal package is plastic way(size:L*W*H).If export to LCL ,it will need wooden case packing,need extra fee.If container is too tigher,we will use pefilm for packing or pack it according to customer special request.
